  : The room was great . But the bathroom was just terrible. The guy at the booking in desk seemed like I was a nuisance and was taking up his time.Too much of a hurry. But maybe he was busy.

  : The owner is super nice. He always makes sure I am safe and comfortable when I come to visit. I travel alone and I appreciate his effort.
  : The morning traffic noise was pretty bad on the north end this time. Ephrata has grown since I was last there.

  : The bathroom was dirty and the flooring was layed over carpet pad so it feels like the floor is going to break under your feet. And wear socks so the lvt doesn't pinch your feet

  : Nothing to like at this motel. This was probably the worst customer service experience we have had a hotel. We arrived with a booking from May, and the front desk guy said we didnt have a reservation. I brought up the confirmation on my phone to show we had booked a room. He asked what the rate was when we booked which was $93.59 USD. He said that was NOT their rate and mustve been for a Monday. I showed we had booked for a Friday evening. He said their rate was $199 for the night which we explained we wouldnt have paid that amount for a 2 star motel. After a while of back and forth he said he would honour the amount we paid - at this point we were over it. He asked if we had cash and I only had $10 CAD and he scoffed at me. My partner said we are not staying here and we left, the front desk worker tried to backtrack but we were done. No way were we staying after being treated like that. So so rude. We found a Best Western down the road who were amazing and really friendly and helpful. Do not stay here if you want a nice experience.

  : The manager was extremely rude and yelled at me when there was an error made and my reservation should have been canceled. He charged me anyway and then yelled st me. I will never stay here and will not use booking.com again.
