  : The owner was very nice and so we’re all the staff
  : The room either side of where I stayed at 4am in the morning both unlocked thier doors and stood waiting outside my room breathing heavily.Then blasted the room with an osolating device until I left the room so I didn’t actually get to sleep at the hotel as a result.I’m guessing this is why the top floor is great value. As it’s so close to the hospital it’s full of shift workers that don’t want hotel neighbours.

  : The location, price, air condition worked well, easy access to public transportation. Within walking distance of stores. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

  : The location was great! Neighborhood was wonderful, and the hotel was very close to the subway and other neighborhood attractions and easy to find. I expected to have some trouble communicating with the hosts but I didn't. I also appreciate a budget hotel option in a city as expensive as New York.
  : I do not have high standards for cleanliness and this hotel did not meet them. The room was overall a little funky like most older buildings, which was fine. However, there was a live roach in my room and cigarette burn holes in my bedsheet. I've stayed in worse situations so I wasn't too upset, but as a hotel there's different standards than staying in a friend's place.

  : Crazy customer service. Don’t knock the door when the housekeeping ladies comes in room. Too noisy and room is shared with others people I don’t know. Never seen such lodge rooms I need to share my room with.
  : Every thing was crazy and horrible. Worst place to stay at. Too much noisy, room sheets smells bad, don’t knock the door when they enters, nasty attitude receptionist, room was shared with other 5 people.

  : bathroom cleaning, bad AC, looks dangerous, theres a porter advertising that usually there people coming to steal your bags, I feel really unsafe
