  : Bed was full size supposed to be queen not comfortable at all too small! cabin was hot couldn’t stay cool! trash bins wasn’t taken out wish I could get my money back the second day we was gone all day so we wouldn’t be uncomfortable all day

  : Really didn't like the fact that nothing outside of the property was clean, there was bags of trash left in woods just outside of yard left to blow all over property, busted tail light pieces from car or truck just left laying in yard, and weeds grown up all over yard!

  : Stairs going in to the house we’re breaking, missing some lightbulbs, some broken stuff and weren’t able to check in until after 5:30 because the last group left it in bad condition so cleaners were still there.

  : The cabin was clean and beds were comfortable. There were deer everywhere by the cabin which was neat to see.
  : The cabin is in need of some repairs and updates. Upon arrival my daughter leaned on the railing and almost fell of the deck because the railing was broken. The water in the master bathroom did not turn on, my husband had to use a kitchen butter knife to take off the handles to turn the water on. The air conditioning did not stay at a consistent cool temperature and I have to sleep with a fan at night and it kept cutting on and off like it did not get enough power. We thought the amenities like the pools and game room were included in the price of the cabin which it was not-$75 for 2 days of use. Upon talking to the staff it seems like most hosts leave a punchcard for their guests which would be a nice thing to boost your ratings. Also to boost ratings I would have the yard maintained-there were weeds and trees down all over

  : When we first arrive the doors was opens the cabin hadn't ben clean. Check in time was 3-4 we got there at 2:55 contacted the property manager let him know the doors was open and it hadn't been clean. He never called me back, but house keeping called 30 min after and apologized. I didn't get in my cabin until 6pm it was Nats flying around, hot, and ants upstairs. The property manager did give us our refund for the price of the first day. We had to go out to buy more tissue. The ceiling fans in the living room didn't work. Floors was slant, my baby girl fell, it was to cut out holes in the bathroom downstairs.

  : The location was fantastic, and the cabin was very clean. The bathrooms were clean, the showers comfortable and the water pressure was good.
  : A few things: the lighting- the overhead lights in the living room didn't work (the set closest to the dining table) and a lamp in the upstairs bedroom didn't work (the room with the double bed)The kitchen- though it was very clean, it lacked some basics; knives were not sharp, no wine glasses and no bowls for keeping fruit and other items. Also, we couldn't find a measuring cup (or glass).The beds were comfortable but the sheets and the towels smelled and felt a lot like laundry soap.

  : Could be more clean inside and outside.. the grass was not cut, the door for the trash was broken , every day had the bear coming and messing up the trash and we had to be picking up the trash...my sister fell from the stairs because they were not in good condition.. few more details... that made it a little difficult to enjoy it all
