  : Not a whole lot to like. Staff was rude, toilet wouldn't flush. They charge an extra $50 convenient fee on top of your booking and because my booking was non-refundable I had to pay it. After a long day of travel I just wanted to sleep. On top of everything, they didn't have any creamer for the coffee in the morning. I told them they should have bought creamer with the extra $50 they changed me.

  : Whoever owns this property should immediately reevaluate their career path. This place should be condemned, closed permanently, and banned from accepting new reservations. The property itself is extremely dated, dirty, and distressed looking. My toilet was unable to flush after blowing my nose. I stopped by the office to request a plunger. I was told the hotel does not carry a plunger. I informed the front desk employee that my toilet has little to no water pressure and can’t flush a simple piece of tissue. I expressed my concern for when I actually do need to use the restroom and was told “sorry.” How does one flush the toilet in this hotel if there is not enough water pressure to flush the toilet?. How does a major brand in the hospitality industry such as this, not have a single plunger on the premises?? This is baffling to me. Also, there were numerous holes in the walls of my room. You can tell repairs were attempted to remedy the problem, but the quality of work was so poor they would have been better off placing duct tape over the holes. The shower faucet fell out of the shower wall each time you tried to pull the lever out to turn on the shower function. There was a booger on my shower wall. The restroom has mold from the floor to the ceiling due to poor ventilation. I was in a room that had a conjoined room next door. Several attempts were made by my neighbor to enter my room throughout my stay. I often had to grab my gun and yell at the customer on the other end to stop trying to get into my room or there would be possible lethal consequences. Aside from my room being a complete joke, the grounds were very neglected. This is a pet friendly hotel, but yet not one patch of grass or artificial turf. Nothing but rocks in the middle of the summer. I had to carry my pet around the property while we looked for a place for them to use the restroom. There was dog poop literally everywhere you walked on this property. This property should be closed permanently!!!!!
  : I did not like the fact that the LaQuinta Inn less than a mile down the road looked like an actual LaQuinta Inn while this location looked like a halfway house. Drug addicts walking around the property, looking into my car windows, turning various door handles to see if any rooms were left unlocked, etc. This place is not safe!!!!! And choosing to turn a blind eye is going to cause someone to seriously be injured. Ownership should be ashamed of themselves on the highest level imaginable. How they sleep at night knowing their investment is in this current state is beyond my comprehension.
