  : It was not clean at all. The carpets were awful. There was hair and stains on the bed so we had to switch rooms. No hot breakfast as advertised.

  : The hotel smelled when I booked it I book to have pool access and breakfast the pool was closed they didn't provide breakfast either did not tell us until I drove 12 hours.... They didn't have air on only on the room smelled like animals would not recommend

  : I had to move rooms 2 times. First room they gave us was not cleaned. Dirty towels everywhere. Room was on top floor and elevator was not working. Moved to second room, phone did not work, bathroom light did not work, and A/C did not work. Moved to 3rd room. A/C and lights were working. When speaking with staff, advised that they were in the process of renovating the building as they had just bought it 2 weeks prior and no maintenance on site to fix issues I reported.Went to use the pool and it was green and filled with algae. Notified the staff again and was told it was because they had people that morning mess up the pool. I told them that is not from just 1 day, that its multiple day build up from not being maintained. Again, was told it was just from 1 day and they had no maintenance on site. So, I told them I'm paying for something I can't even use. and staff just stared at me. I told them this isn't a La Quinta issue but a management issue because I have stayed at La Quinta's before and didn't have this bad of experience.
