  : Staff is rude!!! I was double charged for my stay after I already paid a month in advance. I told them and they didn’t care! The money they took was to pay for my other hotel on my vacation. I have proof from my bank statement, my receipt and on booking that they were already paid and had no reason to double charge me!

  : The location is great. I was able to do early check-in. They handle my key access with urgency because it did not work properly. Staff was overall accommodating
  : We didn't have pool access for the first two days. ( mainly chose this hotel for the pool because I have 3 kids). The first day, a staff member said the pool was being cleaned but didn't know when it would be done. The pool was not clean the entire day. The second day, we had called the front desk, and a staff member said the pool was closed due to maintenance. On the third day, we walked down to swim at a different location and happened to ask a gentleman at the front desk ,when will the pool be open, and he said the pool was never closed. Overall, the staff needed better communication. My stay was only 4 nights, so no pool access for half the stay was disappointing.

  : It was quiet. Front desk staff was helpful.
  : We were put in a room that had faulty AC and were burning up within 10 minutes of unpacking. After requesting to be moved we were placed in the only available room left for the night with a smaller bed but at least the AC worked.

  : Property needs maintenance daily not once a week . The pool areas is full of pine needles . Jacuzzi doesn’t work. Couldn’t find a working ice maker.

  : Person at the front desk was rude and nasty. I’ve never had an experience like this. He was hostile towards people and acted as though he was bothered as soon as we were standing waiting for him to wait on us.
