Cozy Effort Home with Pool Table and Pool Access!

  : do not book this place. its full of black mold and just creepy. its truly inhabitable and hazardous. stay away from this place. i booked 2 nights a few weeks ago and when we got there and saw the condition we left right away and went to a hotel. thankfully the hotel had availability. Im now fighting to get my money back! its hard to believe booking.com would have a place like this on their website.

  : everything, the driveway was unsafe both front and back deck were collapsing, none of the doors locked shut, the beds are unsleepable, holes in every door and wall, the most in appropriate decor possible, black mold on the main floor, duck tape on front doors to house, the linens provided were disgusting hair in the bed and towels are unusable, no of the tvs or lights worked, no wifi or directions from the owners, smoke alarms going off all hours of the night i have pictures to upload to all renting websites, this was the only and worst experience i have ever had my guests and i literally didnt sleep at all the entire trip. i will be contacting the town fire marshall to go to the house because of how dangerous this house is. i dont recommend staying her at all not even for a few hours.

  : Property was very spacious and very clean for the price just a few minor kinks with the heat and the projector entertainment in the living room not working properly it was great I would definitely stay there again
  : I didnt like that the owner ask that we leave a tip for the cleaning lady when we already pay for the service up front thats a bit rude

  : The projector screen & pool table
  : The house had a weird smell. The house is very old & not up to date. It took a long time, hours, to get warm, it wasn't pre-warmed. The kitchen sink was dirty & the sponge smelt so bad. The bathrooms are very small & so are the beds. The system for the projector screen is difficult to use & there are old movies there. Not a lot of movies. The TV in one of the bigger rooms is a Smart TV but doesn't work because there was no remote. The arcade game by the pool table is old, doesn't work, theres a huge dead fly in the screen. Its also too close to the pool table making it difficult to shoot. There are weird paintings around the house that are not in the pictures on the site as well as weird figures & action figures in the rooms that made it very uncomfortable. It was hard to start a fire using the fireplace because, there was no supplies, just wood. The kitchen is old. There was old condiments left over. Electric stove which was difficult. Only one light bulb worked in the kitchen out of 3 or 4. It took a long time finding the home. The house number on the mailbox is not visible especially in the dark. Once found the road up to the house is pure dirt with rocks. Its actually not a road. The outside yard needs a lot of work done. Old un-matching chairs & a table. The house has potential but it needs a lot of work done. The pictures make it look really nice but it's totally different when your are there. The host added weird things around the house. Needs more cleaning & upgrading.
