  : Washer and dryer were not working, outdoor grill area is no longer available and still promoted. Took over a day to get fresh towels.

  : the location was good, very close to where i needed to be.
  : i had booked a king suite which had a sort of seperate seating area and a couch, when i arrived i was told that the particular room wasn't available. after asking what the issue was, he said that the suite was no longer offered so i would be staying in a regular king room. he stated that the difference was the couch and the regular king didn't have one. after asking if the website had been notified, he said that he didn't know and that sort of information would only come from management. i asked for a manager, they said that he was busy and wasn't available at the moment. i asked what time he got back, he then stated that there wasn't a manager at all because of management change. the hotel itself was nice and comfortable, but i was honestly very annoyed once i knew i was being lied to.
