: I liked the ease of coming and going through the back entrance. I parked in one of the handicap parking spots by the door, within a couple dozen feet I was at the elevator and went straight to my room (Room 223, King Disability), also conveniently located by the elevator.
: The desk attendant was completely disinterested in welcoming us or showing any indication of wanting to be there. Even my husband commented on that, and he rarely notices demeanor.Room 223, King Disability, really lacked comfortable places to sit with ease. The choice was a desk chair. When you have a mobility issue, and choose a hotel that you think would know how to accommodate that, it’s disheartening to be unable to sit in an easy chair, and elevate one’s legs and feet. The padded bench was definitely not high enough for necessary elevation, and far too heavy to move on my own.Lack of bath mat or anything to mop up shower water, spills. It seems I was supposed to use one of the two bath towels for that, which is ridiculous when there’s two guests. Four bath towels and a bath mat is the bare minimum. I felt very unsafe in the bathroom.Lack of convenient outlets. Most guests travel with iPhones, iPads, laptops, a white noise machine, etc.The Hilton app, accessed via QR code in the room, doesn’t work well. There’s no ‘Home’ option, so stuck on Housekeeping selection without scanning QR code again
