  : The room was clean. It was close to Restaurants.
  : The Front Desk Clerk ( Female ) sorry didn't get her name. Was not very friendly or understanding of what was the issue. I left do to not only the issue with the TV, but other problems at home with kids. I also let Booking. Com know and handle the problem. I further more went to talk to the Motel Manager that next day. That was not any help either. The people at the Front Desk just wanted to go with their check list.

  : We ended up getting a refund after going into the room. The sheets and beds were filthy with stains and holes. It smelled bad in the room. The floors had deep scratches in the wood. All around the bath tub was filthy with stains.. There were people hanging all outside the rooms and cops riding through the parking lot. When we went to get a refund we told them it was unacceptable and they were very cooperative, didn’t give us any issues with a refund. I wish I would have got pictures but we just wanted to leave at that point.
