  : I had issues with the lights next to the bed in room 227. They would not come on consistently. Appeared to have a short or some other problem.

  : Room was very clean and comfortable.
  : Front desk help at check in needs more experience. She took my card and charged us for the rooms we had already paid for on 3/11. I showed her my payment and booking on my phone and she just could not figure it out. I had to have desk help when I checked out credit my card for the charges. Its OK its OK.

  : Rooms were nice/new. hotel was clean.
  : All bottles in the restroom shampoo, handsoap, lotion, etc. They were completely empty. Went and asked the front desk if they could please be refilled. Came back at night to find nothing had been refilled. 2 day stay with no toiletries. Tube was not draining, which is annoying, to say the least water up to your ankles by the end of a 15 min shower. Breakfast was also a mystery with 2 to 3 ladys on the floor you would think nothing would run out but the only thing they were restocking were spoons n forks bcuz coffee, milk, waffle batter all empty. Even after asking for it to be refilled so we had milk to pour over out cereal. Ended up tossing our dry cereal after watching them just walk around restocking utensils and cleaning over guests.
