  : Staff was very friendly front desk very helpful staff was top notch no problems there at all
  : Under construction parking lot with really hard to get into because there are people with big trucks and boats that were taken up most of the parking spaces and the pool area was clean but it was so hot that you couldn't stay in there and there was so much chlorine that it burned my child's skin and gave her a rash and another ice machines worked

  : Unfortunately our visit was during a major renovation project. The room was very spacious and the handicapped accessible shower was walk in as advertised which was much appreciated. They provided breakfast.
  : Construction mayhem. Dirty hallways with bugs. Broken ice machines. No coffee or tissues in the room. General unkept appearance. I understand that renovations were in the process, but I think guests should have been notified and offered a credit for the inconvenience and sub par experience.

  : I didn't like breakfast, there was no protein options. The coffee area was messy. There was barely any bread options. You also couldn't find any employees for breakfast or check out.

  : They are under remodeling. Lobby and breakfast area full of boxes. Not the staffs fault and they apologized for the mess.

  : Location was ok, just off the I81 so was easy to reach.The lady at the front desk was ok too.The hotel wasn’t loud at night
  : We booked this hotel because we needed a place to sleep after driving for 14 hours.We booked a suite, 2 beds and a couch. I’m sorry to say this but this is probably the worst hotel i stayed in my whole life.The hotel was under renovation and it wasn’t advertised when i booked on booking.com, the pool was closed too.The hallway smells so bad, the room even worse, like mold, the carpet was wet and humid. My teenage kids wanted to sleep in the car, they couldn’t stand the smell.The beds didn’t have pillows, just 4 little white pillows, very uncomfortable.The floor was dirty tooThe washroom was very bad, but the worst was the bathtub, it was peeling and it was disgusting.For breakfast there were just 3 tables and they were occupied by construction workers, so we couldn’t sit anywhere but at the same time you are not allowed to bring food in your room, so I guess they expect you to eat standing up.Breakfast had absolutely nothing to eat, not fruit, not any kind of meat , just a waffle machine.Unfortunately I won’t be surprised if we brought at home bed bags, after reading other people reviews .Hopefully i really hope that all this negative reviews will help to improve this hotel.
