  : Customer service at the front desk is horrible. They will pick up the phone and hang up. You can call multiple times but you will not be able to talk to anyone from your room before your stay and then questions after your stay regarding invoices they just pick up the phone and hang up and parking was a bit far from the front door.

  : Staff were extremely nice. The rooms very very nice.spacious and updated. Breakfast was very good the hotel was a good fit for our needs/family. I thought the price was very reasonable for the size of the rooms and having a good pull out couch for children . Again the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Also it is so mice to have water and coffee in the lobby
  : They were doing construction and the signage was very bad.get professional signs made .I was not Informed of the construction and had to look around for the entrance to use. Not a good look when u pull up and there looks to be crime scene tape at the entrance. Also no bar where u could get a cocktail. But I heard they are getting it in the future

  : Nothing but breakfast was satisfied.
  : Construction! Couldn't find front desk. No bar! No outdoor pool! Lobby a mess! Room had lingerie behind bed left! Door handle almost off the double doors to bedroom. Asked for extra pillow since only came with 1 extra pillow and was never sent up! Frequently stayed at this hotel but very disappointed!!! Should have been told under constructed and missing bar and outdoor pool as advertising having them!
