  : The location was great. Great view. The beach was clean. The water had lots of seaweed from a recent hurricane. Tom Thumb across the street for incidentals. The master bathroom shower was great but hard to close the pocket doors.Lots of space. Parking right in front of the door.
  : COCKROACHES on the lower level. Huge Palmettos in bedroom, bathroom downstairs and in the DISHWASHER on the main level! I think I brought one home with me.The unit has not been properly maintained. The ceiling fan on the main level did not work. Complaints in previous reviews show that it hasn't worked in awhile. Pretty bad wiring on the main balcony. The Mgmt co said they would ask the owners about the fan and never got back to us. Air conditioning units were under the unit causing exhaust heat to rise and make the balconies unbearably hot.The couches in the living room were stained. We had to put the extra sheets over them to be able to sit on them. The chair in the downstairs bedroom was badly stained. We were going to use it as a nursing chair for the baby but didn't want to touch it.Upstairs bedroom is completely open to the downstairs. Can't sleep if anyone is up in the unit.There are lots & lots of stairs. You just don't realize how many until you get there.I don't appreciate having to remove the bedding for the cleaning people after we paid for cleaning.
