Poolside Villas 101 Destin Condo

  : The pool being in the middle of the complex and easily to access was nice.
  : Our dishwasher did not work. There was no proper latch on the patio door. When we entered the room, the floor was not very clean, there was sticky brown substance on the kitchen cabinet handles, one of our bathrooms did not have hot water which left us with one shower for a family of 6, the stove was very out dated (took 40 minutes to cook a 15 minute pizza) the dryer was very out dated (took 1.5 hours to dry a load of clothes) you could just tell that it was not very well maintained. Also, this is not a beach front property. There is at least a 1/4 mile walk just to reach the beach (over sand dunes) and when you get to the beach you can only set up certain places due to the beach being privately owned. I did not like how people from the other side of the coast received a better area than people whom were staying in the actual condos directly by that area. The room was also very earthy smelling as if someone had just recently smoked in the condo. We actually opened the doors and left for a bit just to air it out for the kids.
