  : First of all, the worst customer service at the front desk when we checked in, secondly when we went to room bath towels, face towels were in not enough, in kleenex box there was only 2 to 3 tissues in the box. When I called the reception area in 20 minutes, she put my phone on hold for 7 minutes & when I asked for towels & and kleenex, she was so rude on the phone. I also requested her for 2 extra blankets & she rejected to give saying lots of other guests asked for it & you guys don't have extra blankets. I had my my mother 74 years old for whom I asked blankets for? Then, the next morning, when we went for breakfast, there weren't enough fruits & other breakfast choices, even no microwave in the breakfast room. We paid so much $ for one night stay & we got poor & worst customer service. We didn't expect this. Very very disappointing, especially with my mom, who's senior.
