  : The woman at the front desk was very friendly during each interaction. The location made the commute to downtown Denver quick and easy.
  : We were concerned when we arrived that our door didn't seal shut all the way, we could feel the air coming in from outside and could hear everything as if the door wasn't closed. There were a lot of people loitering around the building and surrounding area, so we put some of our heavier items against the door to give some reassurance if someone tried to open it from the outside. The shower curtain was dirty with an unknown substance on the outside of it we tried to avoid touching. We booked the room for 4 people and only had 2 bath towels, it took 3 attempts walking down to the front desk before we were at least given enough towels for each person to have one to shower. This motel was not much cheaper than several other options with better reviews, wish we would have just spent the extra $20 to stay elsewhere.

  : The staff lied about trying to work with me ! The water from the shower leaked everywhere. The air conditioner did not work properly at all. The staff itself acted very rude and seemed like they were irritated to even be there let alone speak to me. I was simply passing through the city and just needed a place to shower and a small nap so having the room as soon as possible was very important to me. I simply asked for them to call me and let me know the availability of the room as soon as possible. Which I never received a call back and set me back a few hours and return made me late to a graduation I was attempting to attend in Helena, Montana. I would not recommend this place at all to anyone. I mean I spent the money for an over night stay just to stay a few hours the least they could of done was try their best to help accommodate what I was needing for the moment ! Just sad that this was the treatment I got and for such poor conditions of the room and behaviors of the staff.

  : I like that it's centralized, and the manager really helped me out. My reservation was cancelled because of a credit card error. I was on route from Canada and never got the email. When I rebooked it was almost $200 more for 4 nights. The manage was very helpful and gave me the original booking price. Bravo!! She was the young beautiful lady manager. Not sure her name...

  : Middle of no where not in downtown with sketchy people all around. The bathroom was terrible.

  : The outside of the building was nice and I am glad we had a roof over our head.
  : The noise from the a/c, the shower head kept falling off, and no hot water.

  : The manager was rude, drug users are everywhere drunk people walking around all night arguing and fighting with nothing being done. Not to mention the prostitution problem they have there.
