  : The room was very comfortable. The room was very clean. The Beds were very nice and the air conditioner worked like a charm! The pool area was beautiful (but I’ll get to that in other areas of my review.
  : When I checked in, the process was quick, but not in a helpful way. When I was given my keys I was told my room number and “it’s over there.” A general point and no specific hotel information, like pool hours, breakfast or cafe information, WiFi password, etc. when we got to the room it was NOT the room type we had booked. We had paid more for a room with a balcony and did not get a room with a balcony. When I called the desk she offered to move us on the second day of our trip and we decided that moving rooms after one night would not be worth it. We were offered a snack from the little store within the hotel. The pool, which had been a major booking point on our trip was either crazy busy or not open. There was signage at the front desk explaining the pool closure but not at the entrances to the pool, and my room did not pass the front desk.

  : They charge a deposit and don’t return it next day. Really messed up my trip when they took 100 extra and didn’t return it for over a week

  : Well kept and clean. Nice pool and not lots of stairs.
  : The hot tub was not hot.
