Wonderful

  : The private beach and areas were something that I would definitely come back for.
  : There was nothing I didn't like.

  : the grounds were pretty. pool was clean
  : the bathroom was extremely small, the Villa was dated back to 50s there were no beach towels, furniture was old , we were told we had a canal view which it did not, beach access you had to walk down stair to get to the beach very disappointing

  : The early morning maintenance crews start yard work at 8 am.

  : Lovely grounds with individual Villas very peaceful double aspect beach side and intercoastal waterway side. Villa O was very comfortable.
  : The swimming pool was chilly for 2 days it was warmer then went back to chilly probably noticed it more as the weather was not so hot on our last 3 days, having said that we still used it.

  : had A very nice pool area. Had private beach area Quiet property Individual units, no sharing walls
  : The entire villa was in need of a lot of tlc. Two different colors of sofas, both very uncomfortable. TINY TINY TINY TINY Bathroom. The owners put too much into the shower which left very little room for the sink and toilet. You could hardly turn around. On the housekeeping end, left much to be desired. When making beds, they just throw the covers up over the pillows. As far as we could tell, the bathroom was never cleaned, as evidenced by the same stain always there in the sink. We got plenty of clean towels however. Trash was emptied whether needed or not.

  : Unique location on both the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. Closeness to the airport, restaurants, supermarkets and attractions.We liked Royal Flamingo Villas more than any hotel or motel we've stayed at in the area. We probably will return.
  : The office does not print out airline boarding passes like other hotels and resorts.
