  : Absolutely nothing about this stay was pleasant or likeable even for a dog. It's a disgusting environment and horrible service and staff.
  : I booked my room online and was charged extra once I got to the hotel for my child. The room was dirty and extremely dusty and we seen several live roaches. When asked to transfer to a better cleaner room we were told we couldn't and they wouldn't let us cancel or get our money back for a better hotel. The staff doesn't care how nasty the rooms are and they charge extra even when you were booked and had a set price. There was pee in the toilet when we first walked in to bring our things inside. The beds were a mess and not cleaned under or behind.

  : Stayed here two weeks booked through booking was told I would pay nothing at property today they hit me with 25 deposit which I only have on Apple Pay which was a problem had to use different method but this is not right
