  : we were not told that the pool and beach access were not open. We came there planning to spend the day in the pool. It was not widely advertised that it was closed. It came in little fine print at the end of my reservation. Very deceiving. I contacted them and asked for a refund as we had to leave for a thing in the morning instead of spending the day as planned. I was told no because it was in the fine print. Personally, I feel like it should have been right in the description of the property. Besides that, our room had chipped tile a blood stain on the wall. Very dirty. I would not recommend this place at all.

  : not told that the beach front not available the sea wall was gone. no pool access ac in room did not work keyless entry and could not reach hotel for access code to room took payment then did not respond to repeated calls upon arrival to get code they said it came in a text once we did reach them and never received a text

  : It was a nice room. It had a bedroom with 2 double beds and then a king size bed in the main room. The pool and beach were closed but it was a nice stay. Check in and check out was easy.

  : Resort has potential once hurricane repairs are made. Beds were comfortable. A/C unit worked well. Hot water was prevalent in the bathroom sink. Nice size TV in room.
  : Unfortunately our shower in room 139 wasn't working and never got looked at after I mentioned it. Water trickled out. Husband told them it was a bad shower valve. I was told to be patient because they were busy. They wouldn't consider moving me to another room either. I asked for a first floor room 2 weeks prior because of a broken foot. Didn't want to deal with stairs but I got a room on a floor with stairs, but again wasn't allowed to move. All reservations were handled virtually, no one at the property which was insane for a Daytona 500 event weekend. Floors in the room need to be swifter. Never saw a broom, vacuum, mop, or swifter on the janitorial crew. No maid service avail during our 4 night stay either. Rooms are not sound proof, can hear everything outside, people talking, traffic, train, etc. Bathroom was very small. No light for the shower area either. It was dark with bathroom curtain drawn. They should have offered to compensate us for the 2 big issues (stairs & shower) esp while they're repairing hurricane damages. No access to beach or pool. Parking very tight and limited for now. I most likely would overlook staying here again.
