  : The room was smaller than I expected. My mother was with me and had trouble getting in the bathroom with her walker. Very small. Otherwise, very enjoyable. Extremely friendly staff. Other vacationers were very friendly too. A lot of families. We had 11 in our group and that was small. We will definitely stay here again. Just a bigger room.

  : The bed was a kitchen table. It was not mentioned on the website. The pictures show that there was a bedroom. It did not meet our standards for a family of 5. So we got our money back and went somewhere else.

  : Doors lock automatically when shut and if you forget your key you get locked out

  : Location good, nice pool, close to conveniences. Friendly staff. Towel exchange easy and nice feature.
  : Mold, A/C did not remove humidity from the space and was loud and disruptive to our sleep. Everything "clamy" including sofa, linens, and towels. Baseboards and trim need sanded and painted. Bath needs demo and redone. All systems (except A/C)function but trade off of a little lower price is not worth trade off of Murphy bed set up and dated everything. Sofa needs cleaned. Clostraphobic and tight. I live in Southern Florida and this A/C system is NOT up to par. Smoking encouraged by management right outside our entrance door and permanent residents always lurking around and felt like we were on stage. NO 24 HR staff.
