  : Great location, rooms were large and I loved the balcony! Mrs. Shiela at the bar was wonderful.during our stay. Rooms and lobby kept very clean.
  : I didn't like that the pool was not cleaned unless someone asked. This should be done routinely instead of waiting for guests to complain. Also, the elevators were sketchy. Long wait at front desk for check in and pool towels.

  : Ocenfront rooms are really great. You are waking up with sunrise. Manager and all staffs are so helpful. We are planning to come next year again

  : There were only a few rooms that were ocean view. Wish the whole property was ocean view instead of partial views.

  : All the new charges new management has now. Pay to park increase in pet charges. Air wasn’t working great and elevator kept breaking down

  : Old and our room had a really bad leak. We had to be moved.
  : It is portrayed as if it’s been renovated or updated and it has not been.

  : Being on the beach. Breakfast was ok.
  : No airconditioning in the room! Move our room and there was no airconditioning in that room. Having a 3 day stay we couldn't imagine packing up 3 times!! The only kind person who couldn't believe how HOT our room was, was our maid. They gave us a box fan that couldn't even reach the plug to circulate air.

  : Rooms were clean and staff friendly. Our family books a year in advance, and there are usually more than 12 adults and 10 kids together on a trip. I believe we had 5 rooms between our bunch. Everyone had nice rooms, and we were able to ask for extra trash bags and towels when we needed them. I liked having a hotel key to use the elevator for safety reasons. Made me feel like my family was safe. We didn't end up going to breakfast, but other family members did and said it was good. There were no loud parties/screaming/fighting/awful music from guests like our stay last year with a different hotel. We like a kid friendly environment, and this was.
  : The pool said heated but was cold every day (the sun wasn't out). The last two days we were there we had new guests next door and the first night they were loud, laughing and giggling, slamming doors at 2am. Not the hotels fault - they were teenagers or young adults and should have been more considerate.
