Very Poor

Traveller Type: Business Traveler
: Location
: There was no hot water in the unit my entire trip. The Vacasa rep tried to fix it, but had to call a professional plumber. There was construction everyday at 0800 on my floor, directly in front of my unit. Absolutely horrible trip, I'm giving Vacasa and Booking.com negative reviews over this one.

: Beautiful scenery
: They lied and said the pool was open, when in reality it had been out for a year.

Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: Wonderful view and security of the location.
: Unpleasant to find roaches in the kitchen area causing us to have to wash each item used each time we need something. Also laundry door key wouldnt unlock the door so we wasnt able to use that. Also front desk said we needed garage door opener to park in the garage and had to risk not having parking daily since we couldnt park in the assigned spot.

Traveller Type: Business Traveler
: Great location. Walking distance to the pier.
: There was major construction going on that started at 9am. Hammer drills! Pool was not open. Yellow tape kept us out of the area. Would have been nice to lounge around the pool area and listen to the ocean.

Traveller Type:
: The beach was fantastic - clean, wide, flat, with powdery sand and not a lot of seaweed or shells to walk around. The condo unit decor was much cuter than the pictures and the view of the ocean was truly spectacular. The pool was lovely, and the beds were comfortable.
: The door had an alarm on it that went off every time it sensed a vibration - so it was constant and piercing and very unsettling. After a few days and many calls to management, we ended up dismantling it just to get some peace. The chairs on the balcony are falling apart and uncomfortable, as were the beach chairs and umbrella in the storage closet - but at least we could rent some, so that was a nice option even though it added an expense.
