Sunsplash Vacation Homes

: The location was perfect for going to all the attractions in Orlando. We enjoyed the pool because itwas very hot which is typical for Florida. Looking forward to visiting again.
: The bed in the master bedroom was awful. There was a rod an inch from the top of the mattress. It was not very comfortable. They need to put an entirely new bed in the master bedroom! It would have been nice if the TV had ROKU instead of Spectrum.

Poor
Traveller Type: group
: There was a fridge and dish washer
: There were little to no amenities without additional fees. There was no wifi. The pool was an extra $35 per day to heat without any promise it would be heated during the stay. My group was charged an additional $60+ for 2 towels that had relatively insignificant "make up stains" after being washed.

: We liked how easy check in was and the home was a nice comfortable home. The management was very responsive.
: We didn’t like that we were blamed for an issue that was obviously there prior to us and now we are being charged for the incident. We weren’t given much consideration being that the house is obviously rented consistently and does get wear and tear.

: Nothing. Got to the home after 1am and found it full of roaches in the front 2 bedrooms and kitchen. Had to try and sleep in the living room. Called the office and were instructed to go there 1st thing in the morning. Did not get a refund for the remaining days we did not stay and although we had pictures and video of the roaches which the manager refused to see, he basically called me a liar and told me he sent pest control there the next day and they found no activity. I lost over $500, had to get 2 rooms at a hotel to accommodate my family. Horrible manager and experience. Never again and have told everyone never to utilize Sunsplash. Thank you for robbing my hard earned money and ruining our vacation.
