: Overall it was okay…nothing special but way overpriced in my opinion.
: Everything was fine for the most party until it was about 1030pm and there was a flood of weed smoke flowing into our room from the lobby area. I had asked for a a late check out for the next morning and the gentleman at the front seat said that was fine “complementary until noon” which was perfect we planned on leaving at 1130am. At 11ish the front dest called and asked when we were leaving. We were packing up our things and I went to the front desk to check out I apologized for staying late but explained that I had asked the gentleman the evening before if late check out was possible and she said she didn’t see a notation. Not her fault….just a miscommunication.

: Nice room, clean, friendly staff
: LOUD! Family's with children running wild. Lobby was crazy with adults drinking and conversing at a very loud volume. Rooms do not seal out any noise due to 1 inch gap under doors to adjoining rooms as well as hallway. CRAZY loud.

: The orange juice was empty, the pancake thing was empty, and the food serving area was very dirty. The location was close to the interstate, which is nice
: When I walked in, there was no one at the desk. I rang the bell three times probably a few minutes in between each time. I walked around, didn’t see a person at all. The phone was ringing off the hook. It just kept ringing and ringing and ringing. The individual finally showed up, check in And gave me my keys. When we got to the room, it smelled so bad and you can tell that they turned the air up to try to cover up the smell, but it did not work. The room was not the cleanest. The room was not a room. You could just come in and sit down and relax.

Disappointing

: The location was good for where I needed to be. Staff was nice for the most part. Rooms were nice but not $100+ per night nice. Rooms were clean thoe.
: We were repeatedly woke up by the CONSTANT "doorbell/chime"! my room was on the 1st floor near the front. The constant chime from the staff going in and out every 30 SECONDS was ridiculous! And not exaggerated... anyone talking in the halls was clearly heard, and the door doesn't cancel anything out. The pool was very small, so it wasn't really "shareable" with the kids that were in it to try to be at one end or another so we didn't get to enjoy that. We tried to grab breakfast and yes it towards the end of breakfast time but things were still out and instead of the staff stepping to the side so we could grab a plate they just kept packing everything up and taking it away, other than that the staff was nice at check in and when we needed towels.
