  : Amazing location close to the various family activities we had planned. Breakfast was great and the staff made sure as soon as something ran out it was refilled, also they made sure the area was clean when someone spilled something.

  : I am deeply disappointed by my recent stay at the Holiday Inn, booked under reservation number 4959667192 on 5/18. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, the experience was marred by atrocious customer service and blatant disrespect from the front desk staff. Upon arrival at noon, I inquired about the possibility of an early check-in, willing to pay the extra $10 fee as suggested by the booking terms. However, I was met with an outright refusal, with the staff member stating that no check-in was allowed at all. Despite explaining my urgent need to prepare for an event that started at 3pm, I was callously dismissed without any consideration. In an attempt to find a solution, I proposed having my relatives, who were also staying at the hotel (5 rooms booked), allow me to leave my luggage in their room and get ready in their room with the makeup and hair dressers as they were there and the limo pick up was at 3pm. Later that evening, upon returning from the event, I encountered further incompetence and rudeness from the front desk staff. Despite being assured that access to my relatives' room for my luggage could be arranged as long as they called with their authorization, the staff member on duty repeatedly hung up on my relative's calls and flat out refused to grant access, even after a colleague had initially agreed to it. When I confronted the staff member about the conflicting information and their disrespectful behavior, I was met with laughter and further rudeness. Their lack of compassion, especially considering I was accompanied by my 9-year-old daughter, was utterly appalling. Despite my efforts to escalate the issue 10543575083 to the corporate office and receiving assurances that it would be addressed, I have yet to receive any follow-up or resolution. It's been nearly a month since this ordeal, and I am still left feeling utterly disgusted by the entire experience. I demand a full refund.
