  : I was in the city
  : My daughter and I missed our photo opportunity with a famous person at the convention we went to this was why we had the hotel for two days. This was due to the elevators that quit working we were stuck on the 18th floor for two hours and this is why we missed our convention. We were packed and ready at 9 am and we were stuck there until 130pm.There was no one to notify of this issue. The elevators didn’t work the two days we were there also. When I booked the hotel it said there was breakfast and at the front desk they also mentioned this but failed to state that it is $16 a person which was upsetting. The tv in our room did not work it did not have a constant signal , the mini fridge would not stay on and there was no microwave to re heat food. There was only two towels and it was my daughter and I there I thought housekeeping would be coming so I waited for towels which never came. There was also the issue with getting ice , the ice machine didn’t work on the floor either. So you had to wait for we for an evaluator if it came , then go all the way down to the front desk and buy ice. This whole experience was a nightmare and ruined my daughters and I first convention together I am very disappointed and would like this issue taken care of.

  : People take their dogs at the hotel. I love dogs !!! but they leave the dogs alone and they do not stop barking. We complain at the front desk, and they change our room immediately which we appreciate but the down grade our room was small than the other one, no towels, the view was the air-condition unit.

  : Good location. That's about it. I guess pool was fine and workout equipment was nice.
  : Parking lot dirty. Front door broken/loud. Receptionist was nice. Elevators down--2. Room was hot, stuffy, little view unliked what was advertised/booked. Bath was terrible. Never the temp you wanted for water. Door had to be slammed shut, dirty/messy/unkept every where in hotel you looked. Remained hot no matter how the AC was. Hallways stunk. No ice. Had to go all the way downstairs and employee/employees couldn't even be bothered to stock ice, was on phone instead and when asked was told to go ask someone else. I wish I had photos but you just don't think you would need to do something like that. I was very disappointed, and I was so excited upon booking. This was the worst hotel I have ever visited in many years, only the staff at the check in/check out was the reason I didn't say anything then. They weren't responsible for this.

  : I arrived at the hotel at 12 pm, and my room was not available until 4 pm. I waited a long time at the reception and was not compensated with anything else!

  : Overall it was fine. The bar was nice. It was my High School 50 year reunion.
