Disappointing

  : The house keeping staff was kind.
  : The elevator was broken. The tub was rusty. The guest only door opened without a key card. Not very many channels on the tv. The room was hot no matter how far down I turned down the temp. The walls paint was chipping. Some of the key card pads on the doors looked like they were glued back on. If you didn’t almost slam the door it wouldn’t lock properly.

  : The hotel is old, like popcorn on the ceiling old. Which is fine, but the place was not clean at all. The walls in every area I saw at the hotel were nasty. Even in the room my family and I slept in. Look like someone had poured something on one of the walls and let it drip down. The bathroom floor grout looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while either. It was very uncomfortable. Like we showered in our water shoes uncomfortable because the tub didn’t look clean either. The place wreaked of some sort of cleaner as soon as we walked through the door, but nothing was clean. Don’t even get me started on the indoor pool area. Which is one of the main reasons we booked here. The place was so dingy, I didn’t feel comfortable, taking my kids to the pool. Breakfast was not an option for us, the place was just too untidy to eat a meal there. The fridge in our room didn’t work. There were holes in the walls that had been noticeably patched. The lamp switch was broken on one of the lights. The TV had basic cable, but nothing our kids liked. We tried connecting our tablet to the tv, but the tv is so old that the volume was insanely loud and could not be adjusted while our tablet was connected. Not sure why anyone would write good or very good for this place. It was fair, at best.
