  : i didnt make any reservation and it was an urgent situation because of the bad tropical storm thats day and we need a place to stay, so i just walked in asked for room and the guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful, within like 30 minutes i got the room. i liked the breakfast , the staff very good and helpful. i liked the laundry room, the 24/7 coffee station available in the reception area.

  : The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable.
  : The cockroaches in the bathroom, on the kitchenette counter and sink, plus the tiny spiders and cockroaches infesting the coffeemaker were disgusting. The hotel manager agreed to refund me for the two additional nights I had prepaid through Booking.com as soon as she heard from them. I am still waiting to hear back from Booking.com customer service regarding my refund after submitting photos of the cockroaches in my room. So far, there has been no refund.UPDATE: The first customer service agent with whom I spoke on Friday July 5, 2024 told me that I would hear back from Booking.com on the status of my case within 24-48 hours of my initial request. It took much longer than that. I emailed again on Sunday July 7th and received a response on Monday July 8th that they were still working on my refund and I would hear from them "soon." I finally called customer service again today and my request for a refund was granted 4 days later. Customer service did not seem to be proactively working on my case. I had to continually follow-up in order to receive my refund. I am not likely to use Booking.com again.I am amazed that this hotel has such an excellent rating with SO many reviews mentioning COCKROACHES in the rooms dating back 3 YEARS. Have they even attempted to fumigate the place? I definitely will not be back

  : We had a mandatory evacuation because of a hurricane and was not refunded or compensated in any way we lost a whole day :(.

  : Nice location, extra service like gym. Also, they've upgraded our room to resolve the odor issue that we had on the first floor. Clean bathroom facilities and a full kitchen are a big plus. Also they provide free EV charger to guests.
  : Rooms on the ground/first floor have a bad odor of mold and odor removal chem. Not as bad as another top rate hotel nearby, but it's still too bad to stay there. Luckely, the hotel was able to upgrade our room and move us to the 4th floor.Cleanliness was really bad. Carpets covered with dirty spots from food, oil, and who knows what else. Tiles are dirty like they haven't met soapy water ever.Also while the hotel is pet friendly - their poop bag dispensers were always empty and the lawn was covered with dog poops and staff didn't bother to clean that even though they charge an extra $30 per day per pet (we've got our bags and always clean after the dog, but well, seems that not everyone does the same)
