Corpus Christi Escape with Pool on Packery Channel!

  : Flat is crowded decor wise, but well equipped, plenty of towels. Also plenty of basics in the kitchen and bathroom, which we did not need but is a nice touch if you need coffee the first morning, or forget your soap or sunscreen. Very nice complex, small, a bit old-fashioned in a good way. Long term residents are welcoming and the complex is well maintained. VERY GOOD location, can walk to the beach, to a bar, and the swimming pool is a good size. There is a very nice dock you can fish from (or get in the water for a swim/paddle). Overall very good value for money, we'd come back.
  : Renovation going on outside (necessary and not very noisy, still a minus when it comes to enjoying quiet and privacy). The sitting area outside the flat is not great, but the common area makes up for it
