  : The location by the slope and the center village is great! there is a beautiful light in the apartment in the morning. The kitchen is well provided with all the equipment. Parking is convenient and located in the basement.
  : The apartment was relatively cold and almost impossible to warm-up, despite the gas-fire place and other heating. In addition, the supply of blanket/ duvet was limited, which made it for very cold nights

  : Directions were terrible. Took us a long time to find the office. The customer service person (in India?) was little help. The room was advertised with a king, Murphy and twin bed. No twin bed. After we got there looked on ratings and someone else complained about no twin bed but it was still in the description. Would have been a real problem if the third person that was supposed to go on the trip did not cancel. Take the twin bed out of the description. Also directions and address markings were terrible.

  : Kitchen knives were sharp. Kitchen and living room layout great for a family with lots of ski gear.
  : The first 5 days we did not have pots and there was no on-site customer service. The washer- dryer has no manual and takes 12 hours to do a cycle and the clothes aren't dry.

  : It was close to the recreation center and a few restaurants.It was also within walking distance to the chapel where we attended a wedding.Having a few staples such as salt and pepper and oils was a plus.
  : Suggestion for Booking.com:You would do well by visiting and monitoring the properties you represent .There was no one to guide us. The cleaning ladies (3) did not speak a word of English. No instruction to enter the garage. We ended up calling Vacasa and were able to enter on the second day with ease. Meanwhile we helped ourselves in upon a resident exiting the structure and worried we might get towed because there was no way to register our vehicle with anyone. The unit was fairly clean, but it did not live up to its promise of "Penthouse" status. The furniture was damaged and old, pulls were missing from dresser, living room overstuffed chairs were showing excessive wear and were unclean. The shades in living room were nonexistent for the most part making it very hot in the afternoon. The lock on the entry door was on the floor next to the trash can upon arrival. It is broken and will not stay on the door lock panel. The trash can was not operational. Covers were missing on heating elements in bedroom. Damage on the wall above the windows in living room. Several of the cabinet door hinges were ready to fall off.
