  : Check-in was super easy. The location was easy to find. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room. Definitely a place to just rest your head for the night.
  : The bathroom in the room, the caulk around the tub, looked molded. There was also hair on the floor in the bathroom. The beds were okay, but the sheets on the one bed were stained. The hallway didn't smell pleasant.

  : An affordable last-minute option to stay overnight with a free parking, just about 10-15 min from downtown of Columbus, OH. Pretty comfortable beds. Had a nice office desk to work at your your laptop. Easy and smooth check-in and check-out.
  : Smoke smell leftovers in a 'technically' non-smoking room. Smelly trash bins next to the parking lot. Overall, 'low-budget' and a a bit outdated exterior and interior. Pretty much, no extra facilities on site. You get what you pay for, not a problem Just simply the fact that a 'cheap' motel in the mid of nowhere (considering Midwest to be it) now costs about the same as 4-star hotel in Dubai in 2024, tells you something is wrong with this overheated and inflated U.S. economy.

  : 1. Value for money. Rate per night was too high for this kind of accommodation 2. Elevator is out of service (I’ve stayed at 1st floor -> no impact, but those with rooms upstairs might face an inconvenience)

  : The staff was creepy. A lot of unwanted guest. Possible sex trafficking occurred. A lot of drug use on site.

  : One of the ladies that worked there was terrible. I was working in this location for work for about 2 months and had a pleasant experience here at first one of the guys that worked in the front office was very helpful with when my room was cleaned because I was working 10 hpur shifts on night having to sleep during the day. After a while of staying there I extended my stay for the lady at the front office to wake me up a few hours after falling a sleep to clean my room and move me to a different room because it was inconvenient to clean my room later because their cleaning guy wanted to leave early. When the customer becomes an inconvenience there is a problem. They lost an additional 2 months they could have had because of terrible customer service and if was just from the lady.

  : The room was not very clean and the air conditioning did not work properly. For the price, we were expecting it to be a little nicer.
