  : Beautiful room and location. I also love the pet friendly atmosphere. Love how the bathroom is set up and the amenities provided in the room.
  : Since I have lived and worked in Columbus Indiana for years I know a lot of people in the area given my line of work. Well known, prominent & respected people in the area. When I checked in the night clerk whose name is Jared Bruther seemed to be intoxicated or on some sort of substance because it took him some time to find my reservation. He said the reservation was not there and asked if I'd like him to make one for me. He began the process of booking yet another room for me, about to take my payment card when he suddenly realized it was after midnight and he'd checked the wrong date for my reservation. I commented on his tattoos and the artistry, he spoke on them briefly before pulling his cell phone out to show me a picture of his naked torso with the "remainder of the tattoo so I could see them". All of that unprofessionalism aside, later that evening I am informed by a friend and peer that Jared reached out to them to discuss my stay, who I "may or may not be staying with" and shared my full name. I have been a victim of domestic violence several times in my past, once very recently and my privacy is of the UTMOST importance. I do not appreciate your staff sharing my personal information, full name and whereabouts with someone out of 'curiosity'. It could have ended in a dangerous situation for me and frankly I paid far to much for a room, privacy and peace to have it so grossly encroached upon. I will not stay here again while that individual is employed by Hotel Indigo and I will be sure to inform every single individual I know that utilizes local hotels for new hire training stays, onboarding spaces etc. that confidentiality and respect for an individuals privacy is not a top priority for Hotel Indigo.

  : The location was good. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.
  : The swimming pool was to cold to swim and the hot tub was not hot at all. The air conditioner was extremely loud. No fridge nor microwave in the room.
