  : We enjoyed our stay! The staff was very friendly! The beds were very comfortable! Eating breakfast outside was nice! They supplied bikes for us to ride to beautiful Garden of the gods and Manitou Springs! We had a blast riding in the cool weather! Saw some horses too! It was a great trip!
  : Air condition in room was too loud!!! No meat at breakfast!

  : I had a blast.Comfy rooms, very nice staff, superb events, free bikes to rent! Good breakfast. I recommend to everybody to have a nice time here.

  : The location is very good. Close to some attractions and a easy drive for another activities. The staff is really helpful and friendly.
  : The room was not clean, even the toilet was in a bad condition. The exterior needs an update. The mattress is soft and not comfortable. Plumbing issues. Some outlets were not working properly when the AC was on.

  : Great location. Nice clean pool. Relaxed atmosphere. Generally clean and updated. Daily basic breakfast. They completely lean in hard on the bicycle theme. Comparatively affordable lodging for the area. Beds were comfortable, and our room was a generous size. I appreciate the business offers local events but the local vs traveler parking was frustrating. Generally friendly staff. Locally owned and supported.
  : Parallel parking in front of the rooms could be a headache. It was hard to keep our room at a comfortable temp with the window unit AC and little window ventilation. We had a few issues with the shower temp not regulating well. I requested housekeeping to refresh our towels one day, and they did not check our room. Floors are hard floors and need a good clean; our feet were grimy walking around our room. Bathroom vanity lighting was dim. Breakfast was adequate (not full breakfast like you might find at a chain hotel) but the set up for self service was crowded.

  : Very rustic, loved the atmosphere and pool. Beds were very comfortable.
  : It wasn’t the cleanest. The bathroom floor was very dirty, I cleaned it with a wet towel. The fan in the bathroom was caked with dirt, the air conditioner worked great but the light was on that said it needed a new filter.
