  : We booked this hotel for our 1st anniversary. My husband and I was a little skeptical about the area and the people that was standing about the outside. My husband and I went to check in and my phone was dead. We did not have any of the confirmation info. We gave them my name and told them the situation. The gentleman claimed my name was not on their list and we need to call booking then proceeded to tell us that booking normally doesnt have anyone you can talk to. At this point we made various calls to the 1800 number and was told to wait for a call back. We never got a call. Gentlemen said they were booked and we needed to find another hotel. We found another room a few miles away. When we returned I was told that we checked into the hotel and was asked about our stay. I explained what happened and that we had prepaid. We were still denied a refund. The hotel employees did not attempt to double check to ensure there was no mistake on their end and booking fought us for our refund. The area was drug infested and very colorful for over a year I stopped booking with the app because I felt I couldnt trust it.

  : I'm still waiting for my money back. They ask to me, at the check in moment, to pay 25 dollars like caution. It pass more than a month and they still have my money. Booking is not answering or helping me. Fairfield is not answering me. And so?
