  : location was good. The house was nicely renovated and stocked with things we'd need
  : The toilet on the main floor did not work, which they warned me of an hour before arrival on a Sunday, and told me that they planned to fix it AFTER we left. When we got there the shower didn't drain well enough to allow more than a 2 minute shower, and the hot tub was not usable. Worse, one bed kept falling apart so the house could only sleep 6, not the 8 that was advertised and which was what we needed. We had people sleeping on the floor. I asked for a manager to call me on day 1 but she did on day 2. Since there was a long list of issues they agreed to send a guy out on day 2. The bed was never fixed satisfactorily.
