: Excellent communication with property owner. Ambiance of the cottage was comfortable, warm and beautiful. You can access downtown easily. Perfect for just the two of us.

: Location and amenities were good, it was clean,well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. WIFI was good. Bedding was good. Overall comfortable.
: Seemed a little dim due to the lack of overhead lighting in the kitchen and sitting room. Bedroom was a bit small. As was the bathroom. No power outlet on one side and no bedside tables.

: Location was excellent and we were extremely lucky with very helpful neighbours when the door lock code failed
: Communication was appalling. Not sure if it was Booking.com or the property owner or their agent but leaving customers locked out of accommodation in the middle of the night when the door lock code failed is unacceptable. Neighbours were so helpful and thanks also to the Sheriff of Cody, Wyoming who was able to contact the property owner or their agents. It was the sheriff who enabled us to get back into the property

: Not too big, Not too small...Just right! The right size for a couple. Enjoyed having a small kitchen (and full size refrigerator) for morning meals and coffee. We even cooked dinner one evening after a later departure from Yellowstone Park. We have family nearby and this will be our go to location when visiting our granddaughters!
: Teeny-tiny critique...the bed may have been slept on by a single person for a long time, creating a divet in the center of the bed making it uncomfortable for two sleepers. I would sleep best when my early riser spouse would get up and I could move into the center. Recommend replacing the mattress or adding a topper.
