  : The first reception that checked my family in was respectful.
  : My 2 daughters were trying to come up the elevator, and the older female janitor shut the door on their faces. My children said to hold the elevators, and she pressed to close the doors. I placed the sign on the door for cleaning services to come in because it had been 2 days. She or he never came to clean our room. So I bought a paper towel, trash bags, and toilet paper for the very, very tiny room we were given. The bathroom had absolutely no air. It was hot as hell in the bathroom, and you couldn't even get dressed in their without sticking to your clothes from sweat and your face pouring sweat as well. So we lost 2 days because we packed up and rented a new resort that offered luxury for the last 2 days we had left. There is no refund for the days we lost. We were made to move our vehicle off the property as well, and we were renting the Clearwater inn, so why were we made to move. We also had the tag that said we were at that particular location

  : Excelent location, breaksfast was acceptable, the room was comfortable. But the best was the staff and location jus in front of the beach.

  : Location is perfect. We had deluxe king room, it was spacious with 2 tvs
  : You had to check pool towels out but I understand that people take them home. Breakfast you had to heat up your pancakes in your room because no microwave in Breakfast area.

  : The hotel was dirty, in the room there was sand, the breakfast was very bad and the place to have breakfast was also dirty, I will never return to that place again.

  : Friendly staff. Clean facility. We had a beach view with balcony with absolutely gorgeous sights. Very pleasant stay. Will book here again for next visit when we come back to Clearwater!
