  : Clerk, nasty breakfast, loud music all night, never taking care of after multiple complaints by multiple guest. Cold breakfast. Nasty coffee. Water all in room floor and clerk was nonchalant.

  : Don't be refundable. Blue ridge rock fest was canceled because of weater conditions, and we went back home earlier. But the hotel menager didn't refund and moreover 100$ deductible too....it is disappointed and disgusting for customers

  : Do not book a stay here. This place of business if you try to change your dates or cancel your stay in time will not contact you back within time to do this just so they can charge you a night. I tried to change my booking dates. And they waited over 24 hours to contact me back. Just so they could charge me the cancelation fee. I will never, ever contact this place to stay again.

  : Location is perfect. The breakfast was decent too
  : The humidity in the room was ridiculous! My pillowcases felt damp, the floor too. I adjusted the AC, but whenever it was blowing cold air the room felt icky. Also the tub was backing up and not draining properly.

  : It was the only good thing over all and seating was very limited. Coffee was good and the juice selection . It would be nice to have more tables for wheelchair seating and room for walkers, the space is small.
  : my room was reserved as handicaps an I was told that it was not available after I got to the room and tried to call the front desk, But the phone was not working and then I called on my own phone many time with no answer, Then we saw ants on the desk along with bugs on the wall , which we killed three of them and killed some ants as well ,. no security because the rear door is broken, Walking in the carpet needed cleaning the smell was bad , The room was not at all what was is on line, The floor has old tile moving around as you walk. all of this was reported to the front desk and I was told that a manger would be coming in the next day. The pool at the bottom has mud in it.

  : Age of property. Its old Poor cleaning. Bathroom tub and sink were dirty looking and had hairs in them. A real turn off.
