  : The location to and from the airport was why I selected this property and also for the dining option for the evening of my arrival which made for a great place for a special celebration with friends. The bed was comfortable. The shower water pressure stellar. The dining option was great - food tasty and well priced and the service was fantastic. The sheets were clean and the refrigerator worked. The iron worked well and was clean.
  : I had to have the window open in my room due to a stagnant odor that didn't seem fresh and clean to me and this created a challenge located next to a busy freeway (bring ear plugs). Also there was an abundance of dust bunnies and cobwebs in my room.I didn't appreciate the fact there wasn't coffee service in the lobby, unless you paid for a cup -- but you get refills all day. (lol). I was told by the front desk clerk she could give me free toothpaste but not a cup of coffee. This is sad because I dropped over $150 for a dinner celebration in the hotel's restaurant which serves very good food.I also did not appreciate the unprofessionalism of the front desk clerk who was on duty. While she was friendly, smiley and cheerful, all things I appreciate as customer, she needs a training on how to speak to and conduct herself with professional boundaries. To begin with she wasn't matching my energy level or professional approach - my demeanor for a 10:30p check-in after dinner was quiet to say the least but I was happy and communicative. I was blindsided when I confirmed I had an ADA room and she could only offer me a tub/shower chair, which I indicated was fine by me for a one night stay. When I inquired as to if the property had roll-in shower options, she said no, but she could come up and give me a sponge bath. (say what)?I am confident she saw a pretty blank stare (she wasn't kidding folks). I had no words and this did NOT seem to phase her. Nobody said anything, I was still in shock and she followed with an even scarier comment in my opinion. She proceeded to say, "she gives her kids baths so it wouldn't be a big deal for her."Needless to say I called to talk to the GM, was told he doesn't handle concerns about the customer experience and was transferred to an assistant manager (woman answered) and promptly hung up as I introduced myself. No return call from the property means a truth telling review.

  : Room was not clean. Garbage behind the bed. Should have free basic breakfast for the cost.

  : The food and room service were amazing.
  : We didn’t get adjoining rooms, like we asked. The second bed in our room had MULTIPLE stains on the sheets when we pulled back the other blankets. One of the rooms we were in had multiple “weird” spots in the floor and creaked SO BAD walking into the bathroom. Felt like I was going to fall through the floor.

  : Conveniently located. Good reviews. Coffee and refrigerator in room. Very comfortable bed and bedding TV was standard and remote was easy. Plenty of parking. Front desk was friendly and helpful,
  : There was no menu in the room from the restaurant in the hotel. Bathtub was outdated and not super clean looking on the bottom of the tub. No pad of paper or pen in desk. Loud noise of something be drilled after 10:00pm. It took some time for the room to cool down.

  : The coffee (except Saturday morning). The pool was fabulous. The staff was super sweet and friendly.
  : The smell of pot by the electrical room by our room 313. That smell permeates everything and makes me nauseous. SO much of the menu at the restaurant sounded spicy and full of heat, cilantro & chorizo. I did not want to even go in and try anything.
