  : I was completely bamboozled, thats not even a days inn! Its a red roof in and those are so ghetto! The pictures were fake, Im completely upset and want my money back.
  : I sent a email to the staff as soon as I checked in about how dirty the floors were. He tried to reassure me that they were in the middle of getting them re done. I asked why the name was different he said because they just got bought out. The fact that the name was different on booking.com and google is NOT Okay! I have videos and pictures of just how filthy that room was. It was so dirty we only slept, kept our shoes on and slept on top of the sheets. I sent another one mail yesterday and wasnt offered a refund. I hope someone fixes this because I am livid. The bathroom was disgusting, the walls were filthy. The worst place Ive ever stayed in my life. I mean as soon as I parked there were prostitutes all in the front. Mislead by everything and Im mad!

  : It looked better on the pictures.
  : The room was dirty. The sheets had stains, the water faucet was filled with makeup as if a kid smeared it on. The tables also had makeup stains. There was a couple marker lines through the couch. The shower handle was gooey and the shower curtain had a big dark stain. There was trash on too of the mini fridge and stains on the floor. Throughout the night we were not able to sleep due to homeless people in the parking lot and a few loud fights throughout the night. The key to our room did not work once and we were not the only ones with that problem.

  : Reserved family suite and got regular room. Found 2 roaches in dresser the next morning. I reported it and checked out the next morning. The hotel refused to give me the price difference for the first night. I reported it to Booking.com and never received a response.
