  : room was not cleaned when I arrive, however the chat line folks were contacted, ... the cleaner came and cleaned... Sonder refunded $ 100 for the inconvenience That was nice

Disappointing

  : Location was good, and the sonder staff were easy to contact. Check-in was easy and the place was relatively clean
  : I stayed there for 10 days and throughout my stay the window looking into the street was broken, so I could not close it properly (the staff tried to fix it on my first day in but were unable to do so). During the week it was bearable but in the weekend there was the Mexican independence day and the noise coming from the street was excessive. The fact that the window was open made this much worse and I could not sleep at all during that weekend. To be fair, when I contacted the Sonder staff about this issue, they responded there's nothing they can do about it and offered compensation which is approximately what I paid for 1 night (I stayed for 10). I would not stay there again.

  : Huge apartment, Comfy bed, Couldnt hear street from room, Washer and dryer in room, Great location to grocery shop and restaurants and pubs towards Fulton St.
  : About 40 steep steps to get up to the 3rd and last floor, was a bit difficult getting bags up but only had to get them up once.

  : The location was great. The decoration of the apartment was very pleasing.
  : The number of stairs was a lot and should be noted before booking not to surprise guests. There was no mirror except in the bathroom.

  : Great location in the heart of Greek town. Close to downtown and the Willis tower. Room was great and self contained. Good size apartment with laundry facilities. Even provide you with washing tablets. A nice touch. Great value for money.
  : No lifts and a lot of stairs. Need to be fit. The air conditioning in the apartment is very loud so could not have it on for long.

  : The room felt very luxurious. It was very clean and nice and decorated well. I loved the shower!
  : We stayed at the hotel during the Greektown Festival, which was good and bad. It was pretty noisy the whole weekend and there were so many people in such a small area around the hotel
