  : The location was great. It was a nice neighborhood with restaurants and shops. Super close to the "L" train. The apartment has a nice amount of room. We would stay there again.
  : The front door was very difficult to use. It was hard to get it locked/unlocked. The shower curtain liner was covered in mold so we purchased a new one and replaced it. The pillows were uncomfortable. Lastly there was no microwave or kitchen linens.

  : Good location close to the EL train station. Apartment was clean and modern, pretty well equipped and secure.Never saw the owner, but key collection was straightforward and they had responded quickly to email enquiries before we arrived.
  : Heating system was very strange - radiators on the ceilings and no obvious thermostat or timer to control them. Woken at 5am one day as pipes were banging loudly - sounded like they were being hit with a hammer! Kitchen - coffee machine is very small and the lead for it and the toaster didn't reach the plug socket unless they were balanced right on the edge of the worktop or put on the floor! Could do with an assortment of cup and glass sizes rather than just large, but really all ok.
