  : Wallace the door great guy. polite, courteous, didn't;t even have bag's and he was always there with a smile.talked with us, asked how everything was going. you don't want to loose him
  : lady at desk not very helpful at all. think cause it's only her temp job sounded like shes is going to school to be a nurse.the price of room and we got warm beverages for breakfast. went thru cabinets to get are own creamers. even helped other customers. lady at desk seemed to like the bathroom alot

  : Great location, only over the road from a variety of decent places to eat. Portillo’s and the hard rock were two that I visited and would recommend.Beds comfortable and of decent size.There’s a generously sized safe for storing valuables but the one in my room was saying ‘battery low’ and I hope they have an override key if the battery dies with your stuff in there.Great staff, very helpful and politeNo need to take shampoos, shower gels, hair dryers, clothes irons etc. all provided.
  : (Stayed in room 509)The elevators are very old and slow so we often got fed up waiting and used the stairs.Air-con drips on you every time you enter or leave via door 2, as well as it dripping in various other places.In room air-con is very loud!Shower drain blocked, slow draining and stinks.One of the bath towels was stained with what looked like makeup or blood.Hallways and stairwells stink and the carpets are stained. It’s a good job the cleaners went through the hallways spraying air freshener on their morning rounds.Toilet takes numerous flushes to completely get rid of everything.Cleaners tapped on my door twice, about 9am and 10am despite my checkout time being 11am. She would not stop tapping until the door was opened and she was told to come back later.

  : The location was perfect!
  : We found trash underneath the beds, and someone attempted to enter our hotel room due to the system putting our room down as vacant. We got it sorted out with the staff. However, it was a very unpleasant surprise.

  : We booked the Hotel because of the nice terrace (spent a Little more for it). The day we arrived the whole floor (pool included) was closed due to maintenance. For this reason i would Expect Something Like a breakfast Voucher or 10% discount on the Stay. We just got a Short sorry at the reception. Good Customer Service Works different.
