  : The problem I have, which will keep me from staying again is PARKING near the hotel. I only saw 2 handicap parking areas. We had to park a block away and my Fiance' is handicap.

  : The staff was great. Our first room had a strange smell in the bathroom and they immediately moved us up to the Cowboy suite. We were in Cheyenne for a concert and a little antiquing. The hotel was conveniently located across the street from the music venue and close to many restaurants and shops. The restaurants in the area exceed our expectations. The majority of this little city seems to be thriving. We were able to walk to almost all of them.
  : The historic hotel is beautiful, but has definitely seen better days. I stayed here 17 years ago. While it was nothing fancy, our room was clean an comfortable. This time, while the rooms had been upgraded, they were not clean. The curtains were very dusty, there was phlegm on the wall next to the bed, even our towels smelled dusty. I understand that with a historic hotel, there are challenges, but unfortunately this one has not been well cared for. We also did not know that the current owner had turned it into an extended stay hotel. We read an article that the owner put a lot of money into trying to improve and update the hotel. But, she faced some challenges, that have led her to put it back up for sale. We were also disappointed that the restaurant and bar was closed. At my previous stay, the food was wonderful at the restaurant

  : Location was amazing, staff was very friendly, and very courteous. it was in a very unique and interesting building.
  : No 24 hour front desk, assistance, have to login through a side door with the code at night. Mattress was not quite comfy, window air-conditioning unit.
