  : Friendly owner/manager, clean, new linens, some remodeling of bathroom.
  : Cramped space (7-8 on either side of the double bed), very small bath. Right off busy Rte97. No night light. Mediocre breakfast (limited to toasted muffins or bagels, packaged cereals, pseudo-juice, horrible coffee). The online pix are truly deceiving. The Recommended diner next door was staffed by very congenial waitress but we were served inferior/ burnt food.This is a small motel, several decades old that is about 40 minutes north of Crater Lake. Many exterior features (walkways, parking lot, etc.) are in need of repair. Even at $100/ night it would have been overpriced. We were charged $212 tax included! We had just spent two previous nights at a gorgeous, modern, well-run motel on the coast in Bandon for the same price but with more than twice the sq footage and access to stunning ocean views.

  : The manager at this hotel basically called me a liar at check in when he refused to let us stay there because of our dog! He said no one told me we could have the dog there even though I had an email proving there was an exchange with someone at the hotel. I explained my dog was a service dog (I carry documentation) and Chris, the manager told me I had to prove it by having our dog come in and sit without being told to! Theres no way at that time she would have done that as she helps with anxiety and elevated blood pressure, which of course, I was experiencing! We ended up leaving but I asked if he knew of any other local hotels that would take a dog.. He laughed at me! On our way to another hotel (72 miles away), he messaged me and said he had found and read the message exchange about being able to have our dog there as long as we paid a $20 fee! Why would we turn around and go back to a place that treated me that way? I would sleep in my car before Id EVER stay at this hotel. Oh! He also said booking.com always lies about things regarding staying at his hotel. Its a total dive and he wanted $237 per night and we ended up paying $142 (including the pet fee) at a much nicer hotel in Klamath Falls.

  : We feel that the rates were very high given the age of the facility. It was very important to say that because service was excellent. We were expecting a lot more for the rate we were charged. 40% less would have been better.

  : Very dirty, had to wear socks in room because floor was filthy. Wires sticking out of sockets. Tables dirty. A/C didn't work well. EXTREMELY expensive for a very dirty and very old room.

  : After looking at the place from the outside, we decided not to stay for the night, first time in our lives. An old, beat up one story building, right by the highway. Totally overpriced! We were not reimbursed for the night!
