  : These people are thieves. My card was charged the $100 deposit 3 different times. The woman acted like the card reader was acting up and kept trying to run my card. As soon as I saw the extra charges I went to talk to her and she was extremely rude, denied doing it and shut the door in my face. This property is disgusting and the service even besides the theft was extremely rude and condescending. They take advantage of travelers because they are right off the freeway. Do yourselves a favor and stay at the extremely nice best western right down the street and if you end up here make sure you check your bank statements. I'm still fighting this place and my bank to get my money back.

  : No hot water to shower with. No outlet cover on the outlet right as you come in the door. Not safe for littles. I'm canceling my reservation that's in 2 weeks. I'll find another place that has hot water to shower.
