  : I arrived with a confirmed Booking.com reservation to find that there were no rooms available and that the hotel had no record of my reservation. After finally finding a phone number to talk to someone at Booking, the representative was very cordial and professional and attempted to contact the property. They did not respond at all. Booking made other properties available for me to book but by that time I was late for my show and could not take the time to make the reservation. After the show all of the rooms at those properties were unavailable. Had to drive 60 miles at 1:00 a,m, to find another room. INCREDIBLY BAD EXPERIENCE. I might possibly book through Booking.com again. Don't think that I can take a chance of this type of thing happening again

  : The property itself was clean
  : My door didn’t close properly I had to lift it up and push it in hard to close it, then my room was not properly cleaned the toilet had dried urine on top/under the seat as well as dried feces under inside the toilet bowl. Also, at this location the rooms do not have a full kitchenette, there’s no stovetop which is really important when I’m traveling and I was not informed of this when I checked in that you have to ask for one. The dishes had dried food on them and the last guest’s nail clipping were on the night table and the dresser where the tv sits.

  : Unsure if the property is under construction, but fit the price & how it looked inside I was t too satisfied. There was lots of foot traffic all through the parking lot. Sketchy looking folks!

  : The room was nice. The staff were very nice.
  : The room had both been completely cleaned. Items in the dishwasher and toilet paper was dragging the floor. People on my floor were smoking pot and brought in young lady's that they seemed to pay for - they came in high and left worse.
