  : I liked the layout of the room.
  : The Hilton did not have a room for us and we had to stay at a sister property Homewood Suites by Hilton. The room did not have linens for the sofa bed and the front desk did not have enough staff to bring us the linens. It was around 230 am in the morning and I had two small children under 4 in the room and was unable to go and get the linens. The fact that someone could not bring the linens to me was unacceptable. Because of this we did not use the sofa bed which was the reason I got the room in the first place. Also, I requested extra towels and a new iron since the one in our room did not work the next day and it was never brought to me. I asked for a later check out and was told that was not possible either. I was completely unhappy with the staff at that hotel.

  : The facility and the amenities were beautiful.
  : The staff was horrible. From the front receptionist down to the housekeeping crew- everyone was on their phones it was difficult to ask a question let alone find anyone to help you. When we check out Saturday morning, the receptionist did not even look up from her phone to acknowledge myself and my husband. The whole experience just left a very sour taste in my mouth and it makes us second guess every coming to your facility again.

  : AIR CONDITIONING IN ROOM DIDN'T WORK SO THEY MOVED US TO ANOTHER ROOM AND THAT ROOM WAS HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE WHICH WE DIDNT WANT OR NEED AND THE SINK WAS CLOGGED WTF!!!!!!

  : The hotel location was great. The hotel smelled wonderful. It was modern and clean.
  : The hotel did not have a reservation for us when we arrived. She said she could not find it in her system even though I had emailed the hotel through booking.com a few days before to see if we could check in early on Sat June 1, 2024, the hotel sent back and email with our booking information, so how did they not have a reservation for us? The front desk staff member requested to I forward that email, she said she received my email but I never received a response back. Thankfully the hotel had availability and did honor the booking.com price. The staff member that checked us in indicated that the breakfast and grill were included with our stay but the evening front desk staff member stated it was not based on our member level/room status
